Laser Vision – non-contact laser system for measuring parameters
- Allows you to quickly, conveniently and clearly indicate the location of the installation of weights on the disk without using a traditional ruler
- Eliminates the human factor when measuring parameters
Requires minimum time to enter wheel parameters
Tire Scan – tire tread diagnostic technology
- Detects uneven tread wear on all wheels in a set
- Measures tread depth and assesses tire suitability for use
- Provides recommendations on how to position wheels on a vehicle to minimize wheel slip
- Generates a report that reflects the results of each wheel balancing and the results of tire tread diagnostics
Minimum balancing time – unique GREEN WEIGHT technology (wheel balancing with one weight in one cycle)
- The machine automatically calculates the weight of the load and the position inside the wheel in such a way as to eliminate the most harmful static imbalance and compensate for the moment imbalance as much as possible. This technology eliminates vibrations with one load better than traditional dynamic balancing with two loads due to more accurate elimination of static imbalance.
- 80% of wheels on civilian vehicles can be balanced using Green Weight technology.
Quick wheel installation – patented pneumatic clamp
- The pneumatic shaft of the STELLAR(p)LASER machine clamps the wheel very quickly, saving time when balancing each wheel.
- Provides a stable high tightening force regardless of the disc thickness and the method of installing the cone (from the inside or outside). Powerful uniform tightening is the reason for good centering. And good centering is the key to high-quality balancing, which consists of minimal residual imbalance and the absence of wheel vibration.
- Protects the mechanic’s back and saves his energy.
- Convenient pedal control.
- Does not contain components subject to rapid wear (nut and threaded shaft)
Assessing the disk geometry violation and the need for its correction Rim Runout 2.0
- To measure the disc runout, you do not need to mount the roller on a ruler. With Laser Vision technology, this can be done contact-free.
- Accurately determines the deformation zones of the disk, automatically assesses the need for its correction. If the disk is damaged, the screen will display the message – RECTIFICATION REQUIRED, and if the radial runout is not significant, the machine will report BEAT IS NORMAL.
- The measurement results are saved for each operator separately. That is, it is possible to measure and edit up to 6 disks at the same time.
- The results of the first measurement of the beatings are saved, they can be compared with the current condition of the disk. A tire repair shop specialist can objectively confirm to the client the volume and quality of the work performed on the restoration of the disk.
Easy machine control – touch screen monitor
- New modern interface. You can control the machine by the usual touches of icons on the screen. To scroll and turn pages, just swipe your finger across the screen. No need to waste a single extra movement.
- Quick access to all the most important functions of the balancing machine from the main screen.
- The STELLAR interface stands out for its instant responsiveness and smooth animation without freezes or delays.
- Detailed live 3D models, large icons and a calm dark screen theme make balancing clear, intuitive and comfortable.
Analysis and control of the volume of work
- The machine generates a detailed report of balanced wheels and installed weights
- You can track the operating time, the size of the wheels serviced, the type of weights installed, and the weight of the weights.
- The report can be exported via QR-CODE on the screen (html or xlsx format)
- No need to waste time transferring the report via USB flash drive
Effective balancing of any wheels
- Allows servicing of passenger car wheels as well as light commercial vehicle wheels.
- Automatic input of wheel parameters for rims up to 28” in diameter.
- Balancing of any cast wheel in 1 cycle.
High quality balancing (high quality wheel centering)
- The wheel is automatically pressed against the cup on the pneumatic shaft. The wheel is precisely centered on the cone.
- The high-precision spindle unit ensures high-quality balancing. Critical parts are manufactured with an accuracy of ±0.007 mm.
- The shaft, 40 mm in diameter, allows the use of accessories from European manufacturers
Ultrasonic width measurement sensor
- The machine automatically enters the disc width. The ultrasonic sensor instantly reads the width when the casing is lowered.
- The speed of balancing stamped wheels increases.
Up to 6 operators can work on the machine simultaneously.
- Up to 6 sets of wheels can be serviced simultaneously.
- The parameters of each set only need to be entered once.
- You can switch between sets with the press of a single button
Computerized optimization of the tire-disk position
- In case of large imbalance values, the tire-to-disk position optimization procedure can be performed. By rotating the tire relative to the disk according to the machine prompts, the mass of the installed loads can be reduced.
- The optimization procedure under the guidance of the machine is carried out faster and more accurately than manually.
- Guaranteed to achieve minimum static wheel imbalance in no more than two tire rotations.
- During long-term optimization, other wheels can be balanced on the machine by switching to another operator.
