The hydraulic 2-post lifts POWER LIFT HF 3S 3500 DT with a load capacity of 3500 kg and asymmetrical double telescopic lifting arms is the world’s only lift with triple safety system. The POWER LIFT HF 3S 3500 DT is the ideal lift for daily continuous use in a consistently busy garage where only the best is good enough. The POWER LIFT HF 3S 3500 DT is equipped as standard with the patented Nussbaum NT and HyperFlow® technologies and is developed and produced by Nussbaum in Kehl-Bodersweier in Baden-Württemberg.

The POWER LIFT HF 3S 3500 DT is not only safe, but also exceptionally flexible and can be adapted to a wide range of workshop sizes and configurations.Their base frame-free design, adjustable in width and height, enables a wide range of installation combinations and variants: Mit a minimum height of 4182 mm and thanks to the optional riser pipe extensions the POWER LIFT HF 3S 3500 DT can be used both in workshops with low ceiling heights and to lift the underbody of high vehicles such as vans and vans to the ideal working height for you.

The pulling hydraulic cylinders protect the hydraulic circuit even during intensive use and require very little energy. The low power consumption, the consistent automatic compensation of the hydraulic circuits by the HyperFlow® system and low maintenance costs, also thanks to the reduced number of moving parts, reduce running costs. The pump unit integrated in a sound-absorbing metal housing is mounted on the control column and easily accessible for maintenance work. A compressed air connection and a 220 V socket are integrated in the slave column. The arms and columns are welded in Nussbaum’s own state-of-the-art welding facilities, shot-peened and subsequently grey powder-coated. Your lift is thus protected against dirt and weather in the long term.

How does the Nussbaum safety catch differ from conventional safety systems?

During the lifting process, the Nussbaum safety latch automatically secures the vehicle at intervals of 100 mm up to the maximum lifting height of 2005 mm. The safety switch attached to the control column allows the lift to be additionally placed manually in the latch. In contrast to conventional 2-post lifts, the safety latch does not make any clicking noise during lifting and lowering, which is typical for this type of lifts. The vehicle can be lowered immediately after release of the latch.
